Patient is a 62yo female diagnosed in Nov 2024 with Stage IV lung adenocarcinoma, primary right lower lobe with solitary asymptomatic cerebellar lesion treated with SRS in March 2025. Tissue biopsy NGS revealed EGFR Exon 19 deletion (p.E746_A750del). T790M and C797S negative. Started erlotinib 150mg daily, tolerated well with good partial response for 14 months. Recent surveillance chest CT on 8/28/2026 shows enlargement of right lung primary mass (2.1cm to 3.4cm) consistent with progression. Brain MRI shows no new lesions. Seeking clinical trials with next-generation EGFR-targeted agents or combination protocols.
